Wynn Resorts needed Grade A logistics space in place quickly to support its development in Ras Al Khaimah. Two warehouses totalling 36,000 m² had to go from staking out the plot to completion of Phase 1 in 153 days, with design, approvals and construction running in tight sequence.
What we did
We delivered the facility design and build with a trusted contractor partner, sequencing design, approvals and construction tightly to protect the programme.
The result
Phase 1 was completed 153 days after the plot was staked out, and Wynn Design & Development has provided a written reference for Waterville.
